This place is definitely one of the coolest restaurants in the area. Every time I visit this place I am truly glad. They maintain their high level service and the highest level of meals they offer. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Great Thai food at a great price. The curry dishes are fantastic.

The basil fried rice with pork is outstanding - busting with complex, savory flavor. A hidden gem in the area.

My partner and I just moved from Streamwood to Round Lake and were happy to find Lovely Thai as we've very much enjoyed several Thai restaurants in Cook County. We both tried the Tom Kha soup, which was very flavorful and made with fresh ingredients. My partner had the ranma noodles with chicken and said he liked it very much. I tried the pad thai with tofu. While not the most flavorful take on the dish, Lovely Thai's offering was good. We will return soon.

This place constantly delivers. They have awesome dishes for reasonable rates, there no long wait even when the spot is loaded.

I've been here on several occasions and everything I've gotten here has been delicious! In my opinion this is the best Thai food in the area.

From the first moment you arrive in this restaurant the personel give you an enjoyable feeling. Very hospitable waiters, it is a happy restaurant to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. yummy food, specialist chef, modest price and nice service. Highly recommended.

Great selection of vegitarian dishes at good prices. I point this out because I am vegitarian but all dishes are also available with meat and or seafood. Lots of parking and easy location to get too. Very nice staff. This was my first experience with this restraunt and Thai food, I will definitely return.

Panang and rama curries are delicious. I love love love the Bangkok tofu appetizer. It's not just for vegetarians. The people are very nice as well

I visit this nice place many times a year! This is my favorite restaurant to pass a nice evening. I visit this spot frequently. The food is just great, the crew is professional and the rates are affordable. I enjoy being in this spot for a rich meal.

It was good Thai food. I went for the lunch special (totally worth it). I have had better Thai, but this was good for the lunch special! I had the yellow curry and the sweet potatoes were a little undercooked. Everything else was great though.

Very good Thai food at a reasonable price! The decor needs a bit sprucing up, but other than that, it’s worth the try. Try the Thai Iced Coffee.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars! My son and I had a nice dinner. I enjoyed the Pad Thai with shrimp and my son liked the ginger with chicken that was served with rice. We also shared the lovely rolls, which were tasty. Just a few minor things holding me back from giving a 5, but go try for yourself!

Food is great, staff is friendly, and the portions are a good size. Definitely a good place for Thai. Service can be a little slow, so plan for a more leisurely meal.

Really good food. I love the curries they have here. The waitress was handling a lot of tables the night we were there and never missed a beat. She was so nice. The veggie pot stickers were awesome as well. This is such a nice little Thai restaurant. You should try it out.

Honestly a big fan of this place, but tonight I ordered take out and they said fifteen minutes. I show up on time, they tell me it's not ready. Totally fine until it's 20 minutes later and they finally give me the food, with no apologies or acknowledgement that they made me wait.Good food, nice people, but obviously left a sour taste in my mouth. Didn't help that three other people showed up after me and got their food right away. Pretty sure they forgot about my order. ☹️

Their food is amazing but the wait is why I’m giving them a 3. Every time I have been there whether it was 2 of us or a party of 6 it takes a long time to get order taken and to get served.

Mediocre food with an unpleasant staff. Not worth the drive if you're looking for good Thai food. Go to Green Basil instead.

Wonderful Thai restaurant family operated, stunning dishes, attentive personal, pleasant atmosphere, plenty of room to sit and enjoy, clean as well.

As a spot near a local community college, it is cheap and while not necessarily something to travel all the way out here for, it is good quality given the price. They can be helpful with customizing the dish as well so keep that in mind when ordering or visiting this place and the portions are generous as well. All in all, a good place to go in the area when wanting to get food, especially if you are partial to Thai

This place is very nice. The staff is quick and food is good. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and kiddo loves the giant fish in the tank!

This is absolutely one of my go to Thai places in northern IL the staff was so friendly and the food is fantastic, the lunch special soup is leaps and bounds above other restaurants. While the entrees could stand on their own above many other restaurants. Will be back anytime I'm in the area.

We ate here for the first time last night and it was a noteworthy experience. The food was excellent and came out of the kitchen remarkably fast. The prices are fair and the atmosphere was pleasant. The service wasn't in your face, but we didn't select this place to try because we were in a hurry. Overall, great experience and we will definitely by back.
